These high quality carbon tubes have "high stiffness fibres,
perfect alignment and ultra high fibre/resin ratio" This gives these tubes an un-rivalled stiffness/weight ratio. They are
made to tight tolerences which enable the tubes to be telescoped together with an overlap joint of four times the diameter of
the tube to provide a mast which is rigid and light weight, yet bends with a perfect shape when required.
Examples of constructed masts ... U S One Meter masts consist of a 1000mm 10mm tube and a 1000mm 8mm tube with a 50mm overlap joint.
